I received my Jolly Vox Box recently and I just had time to play with it. Well, I am lying. I ate a part of it. Literally.
I think this is the best box that I have recieved from Influenster. Mainly, because it has TWO make-up items and no nail polish. I use the nail polish once and then I will give it away. Not this time! The eyeshadow is nice but I won't use it often because I have too much and it doesn't stand out. The lipstick/gloss hybrid is actually pretty good. It's non-sticky and pigmented, but once again I hate lipgloss and I have other things in my stash I must use up. It does not stand out to me either. It does stand out because it's a drugstore make up that performs well, but overall, I have better things to go through. The snack is so good, I will definitely buy more of! The tissues is convenient and cute! The duct tape as well. I made it in a tree so far, but it's good for DYIs and scrap booking. Overall, good box to try out!

Disclaimer: I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen

I received this product complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program. FINALLY! A sunblock that doesn't smell like spf or coconut. I like it solely on this reason, but! As soon you put it on it evaporates pretty quickly so you have spread it on your body fast. I feel like it's a pretty thick lotion, but it didn't last long so I don't think I would be purchase the full size. I think it's product if you don't go outside as often and you need spf it will be great. Although, f you're be outside and it's hot, you will sweat off this product and will need to apply more often than usual.

Always & Tampax Always Radiant Collection

I received this product complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program. I have always used always as a feminine hygiene ever since I have started menstruating. I have ventured out different brands such as Kotex, Stayfree, and etc. due to friends and other sampling programs. I always come back to always because my favorite are the wing part, the infinity ones, and it's always reliable. I got the normal wing one, but it came in a pretty blue-purple gradient bag that's suppose to be disguise. I didn't care for the bag so much because it's pretty flimsy and pretty big.

CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY THERAPY™ Review

I received this product complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program. I have to say this product works for me! It keeps my scalp hydrated so therefore I don't have to wash it a lot. Therefore, I am still using the sample and a rotate it with my other hair products. It keeps your hair smelling nice and soft. You keep trying to smell it! Haha. What I usually do is wash my hair first then rinse it. I would apply conditioner afterwards but tie my hair up and continue with my other routine. After I finish, I would rinse out the conditioner. That way, because I don't wash my hair often it will deep condition my hair. I find that this how I get the most bang for buck. If you're in the market to try out shampoo and conditioner to make your hair soft, smell good, and hydrate your scalp then it's the product for you. I didn't try the others so I can't vouch for the other products, but the dry scalp one does work! I have tried Neutrogena dry scalp remedy, Sessum Blue, and a long list, but I only got results from this one. Besides the price doesn't hurt either. It is between $4.99 – $5.99. Anyhow, some pictures because it looks nice! Hahaha.

Sally Hansen Magnetic Nail Color in Polar Purple

I received this product complimentary to test through Influenster’s VoxBox program. It's an interesting concept. I would not suggest that you go running out the door and trying it out because it is not for everyone. I think it looks cool and different because I am into nail art, design, and what not. My friend who is just plain Jane thinks it looks too grunge-y, dark and goth-like. I am very neutral about product because I like it because it's innovative. C'mon guys it's a freaking magnetic doing the design for you! Being lazy wins! Haha! At the same time, I don't think that it's worth the rave over it. It a definitely a new market. It's like those Konad things that eventually will fade. I love trying new products so now I know who I should recommend it to like those people who are into nail arts that are open minded and like dark, punkish stuff. I have another friend who are into to Japanese/Korean style nail art and she would not take the time to do this. I have to say that it's quite confusing when you first try it. So let me help you out.

Step 1: Apply your base coat.
Step 2: Apply a thin coat of the Magnetic polish of your choice
Step 3: You could wait 10 minutes, but I wanted to make sure it was dry, dry. I watched a drama so the length is around 50 minutes. Apply a THICK second coat like layer that crap on!
Step 4: Proceed to get the magnet as close to your wet paint as you can without touching it then you will get a similar result as the picture shown.
Step 5: (optional) Top coat.

I want to say the lasting power on this polish is mediocre. It last about 2-3 days before it starts chipping.  I would wear this around the winter time most likely. I got such a dark color, but I like my summer blue (the mood, not the color). Here's some picture:

What it should look like:
How mine turned out: (don't mind the mess)

Anyhow, that's all folks!

Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut Bar

Warning: Foodporn! I received these bars from through the Influenster program. It is soo good! It taste like the real deal but much healthier and not as sweet. I am really picky when it comes to the taste of banana bread because a lot of them are so sweet you need to down it with milk. I am lactose-intolerant so I can not down any milk. Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut Bar gave me an alternative decision! I loved this right next to my Strawberry SoyJoy! I am sort of a health nut and I really like the "healthy" taste if you understand what I am trying to say. This one does taste "healthy," but the overall taste of banana nut bread is still there.
Go try it now! I must go get a box now! Lol.

Dallas Weekend!

I'm going to post pictures of my haul and do a review a while later when I finish half of the products. =] I went to Dallas this weekend. I'm in denial of how much I've spent so I won't be putting the prices. Sorry for the picture being cut off but click on it and it'll bigger ;]

A trip to Target was a bad idea! Soap & Glory was still having their sale. I also wanted to try the lip gloss since Hollyannaeree uses it in many of her tutorials! I'm trying to find the matte lotion so I was going for a cheap and efficient? I'm been dying to get a lip/check stain, although it says blush but...you know =]
